WE WILL NEED THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION BEFORE WE CAN SEND YOU A QUOTE. DUTY, TAXES, BROKERAGE FEES AND SUR-CHARGES ARE NOT INCLUDE ON ANY OF OUR QUOTES. We will quote material, freight charges to a USA Destination, and documents perpetration fees of $50.00 will be added to all orders.

3. FULL ADDRESS

4. YOUR USA SHIPPING ADDRESS. (If you are not shipping to a location in the continental U.S. You must have your freight forwarder pick up your order at one of our locations. We will not quote shipping charges outside the USA. If you are shipping by DHL, UPS, or Fedex and wish to provide us with your account number, we will contact your shipper for you, when the shipment is ready for pickup. You must supply us with your DHL, UPS or FedEx Account number.

5. METHOD OF PAYMENT MUST BE  BY BANK WIRE AT TIME OF ORDER.

NOTICE:  WHEN MAKING A PAYMENT BY WIRE, MAKE SURE THAT YOUR BANK TRANSMITS THE FULL AMOUNT DUE, IF THEY DEDUCT THE TRANSFER FEE FROM THE PAYMENT AND WE DO NOT RECEIVE THE FULL AMOUNT DUE, WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO SHIP.

7. Please advise what export forms you require. We need this information at time of order. We also need to be contacted by your shipper 3 to 5 days before shipment, in order to obtain and complete all required documents.

9. EXPORT SHIPPING INFORMATION

 OUR COMPANY DOES NOT PAY FOR EXPORT SHIPPING OR ARRANGE FOR SHIPPING.
